2nd Class took advantage of this balmy November weather to go on our annual SESE field trip. The first stop was the Showgrounds. Shane Crossan, Sligo Rovers Operations Manager took us through the important role the community play in the running of Sligo Rovers football club. An added bonus was getting to run onto the pitch and playing on the lovely Astro pitch.
Next stop was the fabulous Benbulben forest walk. The children were able to explore the rich woodland and the fantastic views in this area of outstanding beauty. How lucky are we to have this beautiful walk on our door step.
