It's certainly the weather for some blackberry picking. 2nd Class took advantage of the fabulous weather to go blackberry picking and came back with a good crop. They then observed by adding heat and sugar, with a few strawberries how to make a lovely coulis, put it in some ice cream and the perfect Friday treat was made!
